Fokus provides website design and refresh services, brand identity, Google Ads management, SEO, social media design, systems, automation and IT support.
Website descriptions are general information. Your proposal and client agreement will confirm the services, deliverables, fees and conditions that apply to your project. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement takes priority for that project.
Enquiries and free consultations
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a website review or booking a discovery call does not create an obligation to purchase or a commitment from Fokus to accept a project.
Free reviews and consultations provide general guidance based on the information available at the time.
Proposals and payments
Pricing, proposal validity, deposits, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be stated in your proposal or client agreement.
Third-party costs, including hosting, domains, software subscriptions and advertising spend, are separate unless expressly included.
Project timelines and client responsibilities
Project timelines depend on receiving the required content, access, approvals and payments. Delays in receiving these items or changes to the agreed scope may affect delivery dates.
You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them. Please review and approve content before publication.
Revisions and additional work
Your proposal will specify the included revisions and deliverables. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and an updated timeline, agreed before the additional work begins.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions will be outlined in your proposal or client agreement.
Any applicable rights under consumer law remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables will be defined in your client agreement. Third-party assets, fonts, software and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
Content on the Fokus website, including our branding, copy and original designs, must not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
Results and performance
We apply reasonable care and skill to our work. However, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising approvals, enquiry volumes, sales or revenue.
Results depend on factors including your offer, market conditions, competition, budget, platform changes and how enquiries are handled.
Third-party platforms
Our services may involve platforms such as Wix, Google and other software providers. Their own terms and policies apply.
We do not control their availability, pricing, policy changes or technical decisions. Support for third-party issues is subject to your agreed service scope.
